Cancellation: Refunds will only be provided if the cancellation is made 7 days prior to the scheduled booking time.

For bookings with less than 7 days but more than 48 hours notice, you can cancel your booking and receive a partial refund or have the booking rescheduled for free.

For cancellations with less than 48 hours notice, no refund will be offered. At our discretion, you may be offered the chance to reschedule the game, this will incur an additional charge equal to half the standard booking price.

To minimise disappointment, we highly recommend booking your room in advance. If you’re seeking a same-day booking, we suggest giving us a call before heading over to ensure availability.

While each of our rooms has a unique theme and design, they are all designed to comfortably accommodate 2-6 adults. Whether you’re a duo seeking a challenge or a group of friends or colleagues, our diverse rooms offer an engaging and enjoyable experience for teams of varying sizes.

Although we don't have our own dedicated parking spaces, there are a number of public parking spaces close by. Please note these spaces are pay and display.

No, you will exclusively play the room with the individuals you have booked it for. If your group exceeds the room’s capacity, kindly contact us to explore alternative options and ensure a suitable arrangement for your larger group.

Our escape rooms come with a 60-minute time limit. To maximize your chances of success, it’s crucial to manage your time wisely, communicate effectively with your team, and maintain focus on solving the puzzles.
If you don’t manage to “escape” within the allotted time, don’t worry—our Games Masters will come to your rescue.

The closest tube station is Bethnal Green, approximately 10 minutes walk away.

At Escape Games, we understand that attempting an escape room is a fantastic family activity. We strive to create family and child-friendly rooms while maintaining a challenge for adult enthusiasts. We recommend a minimum age of 8 for participants, and children aged 15 and under must have a participating adult (18 or over) on their team.
Children aged 16-17 can enter unaccompanied, but a responsible adult must sign a waiver beforehand. If no responsible adult is available to sign, entry will be denied, and no refund will be provided.

To ensure a smooth start to your experience, we kindly request that you arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled start time. This allows us the opportunity to efficiently check-in your party, address any questions you may have, and commence your adventure promptly.

You only need yourself! However, we recommend wearing suitable footwear; high heels and open-toe sandals are not recommended for your comfort and safety during the escape room experience.

While we advise individuals with health conditions to consult their doctor before attempting activities like escape rooms, ours are designed to be accessible to a broad audience. Regrettably, as all our rooms are on either the first or second floor, we are unable to accommodate individuals in wheelchairs.

We charge £22.50 pp for adults (16+) and £15.00 pp for children.
